If they play with their must win World Cup match against Italy on Friday, south Africa is going to be nervous, coach Rassie Erasmus has stated.
The Springboks are in Pool B behind Italy and New Zealand, together with the two reaching the knockout stage.

"The players feel it. I can not sit here and tell you since we've lost in the previous 3 decades to Italy that we don't have a few butterflies.
"They [Italy] will be really up for this particular game since they
will not think they could beat the All Blacks, however they will believe they can defeat the Springboks."
South Africa, who were one of the pre-tournament favorites, have made three changes to their own pack in their defeat.
Hooker Bongi Mbonambi, prop Tendai Mtawarira and lock in Lood p Jager keep their areas.
Veteran Sergio Parisse has been remembered by italy at number eight, who will turn into the second-most-capped participant in Tests.
